What it is & how it works

Titration explained

Titration is the process of finding the ADHD medication type and dose that works best for you. a dedicated IP nurse will guide you throughout, adjusting your medication carefully to balance effectiveness and side effects as you progress.

A structured journey

Most titrations take place over three sessions, usually across 6–8 weeks. Each session includes a focused review of your symptoms, side effects and day-to-day functioning, helping your nurse fine-tune your medication at a steady, safe pace.

Flexible follow-up if needed

Everyone responds to medication differently. While many titrations are complete within the three sessions, some more complex cases may need extra reviews. If you’d like additional support—or your nurse recommends it—you can add follow-up sessions at any time.
